GAPP is a Georgia Medicaid program that pays for skilled nursing and personal care in your home for medically fragile children. For families whose child has Georgia Medicaid and qualifies, there is no out-of-pocket cost.
Your child may qualify if…
- Your child is 5–21 and has Georgia Medicaid (under 5 with physician-ordered skilled nursing also qualifies)
- A condition like cerebral palsy, seizures, spina bifida, or trach / ventilator dependency
- A need for daily skilled or personal care to stay safely at home
