The team behind the care
Georgia-Licensed Clinicians and Coordinators
Care is delivered by Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses experienced with medically fragile children, with personal-care support from CNAs and PCWs, and a coordination team that handles the Medicaid and GAPP paperwork end to end.
RN / LPN Clinical Staff
Licensed in Georgia, experienced in pediatric skilled and private-duty nursing.
Personal-Care Support
CNAs and PCWs for hygiene, mobility, feeding, and daily-living assistance.
Care Coordinators
They prepare physician orders, the Plan of Care, and the GAPP submission for you.
