A nurse assesses your loved one in person and builds a Plan of Care.

Your assigned nurse or aide starts scheduled in-home care on the agreed schedule.

You pay ReadyMed directly for the care rather than going through Medicaid or an insurance claim. It’s an option when Medicaid isn’t available, or when a family prefers not to use it.
The same clinical model as our other services — Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), with personal care support from PCWs/CNAs as needed.
Rates depend on the level and hours of care needed. Call us for a personalized quote — we don’t publish a flat rate because every care plan is different.
