The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid program that brings skilled and unskilled care into the home for medically fragile children ages 5–21. Children under 5 qualify with skilled home nursing care and current physician-ordered services. For families whose child has Georgia Medicaid and qualifies, there is no out-of-pocket cost.
