- Parents and family members of a medically fragile child under 21
- Child has Georgia Medicaid (Traditional, Amerigroup, CareSource, or Peach State)
- Child has a qualifying condition — cerebral palsy, seizures, trach or G-tube, autism, respiratory conditions
- Caregiver is 18+, can pass a background check, and can provide daily care and documentation

Questions Families Ask
A family member 18 or older who can pass a background check, provide daily care and documentation, and complete any ReadyMed-provided training.
Children under 21 with Georgia Medicaid (Traditional, Amerigroup, CareSource, or Peach State) and a qualifying condition such as cerebral palsy, seizures, a trach or G-tube, autism, or a respiratory condition, who need skilled or unskilled care regularly.
Weekly, through ReadyMed’s payroll system, once your child is approved and you are onboarded.
