Privacy & compliance
Privacy Policy
How we handle your information, and the rights you have over it.
ReadyMed Medical Solutions (“ReadyMed”, “we”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We follow HIPAA and all relevant healthcare privacy and security regulations. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone number, city or county, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in a form or the chat assistant. In the eligibility screener, general care-need categories you select.
- Job applications — the details and resume you submit, including licensure and certification information.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) needed to operate and secure the site.
- Cookies — see section 6.
Our website forms are for general contact and intake only. Please do not submit medical records or detailed health information through a website form or the chat assistant. When clinical information is needed, a coordinator will collect it through a secure channel.
2. How We Use It
- To respond to your enquiry, referral or application.
- To coordinate care, consultations and Medicaid or GAPP paperwork you request.
- To send you a confirmation and follow-up communications about your request.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet legal, regulatory and quality-assurance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
3. Calls, Texts and Emails
When you tick the consent box on a form, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by phone, text message or email — including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of receiving care. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling (770) 243-2566.
4. Protected Health Information (PHI)
Once you become a patient or client, your protected health information is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, provided to you directly. We use and disclose PHI for treatment, payment and healthcare operations, and otherwise only as permitted or required by law. You have the right to inspect and copy your records, request restrictions on disclosures, request confidential communications, and request amendments to records you believe are incorrect.
5. Who We Share With
We share information only with those needed to deliver the services you request — physicians and clinicians involved in care, Georgia Medicaid and its care management organizations, and vetted service providers who help us operate (for example, our email delivery provider) — and where required by law. Service providers are bound to use the information only for the services they perform for us.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function: security, form submission, and remembering your cookie choice. These are always active.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Off unless you opt in.
- Marketing — help us measure whether our outreach reaches families who need care. Off unless you opt in.
No optional cookies are set before you consent. You can change your choice at any time: . You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because there is no industry consensus on responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, we do not currently respond to them; we do honour recognised opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable law requires it.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas — have these rights under their state law, and may appeal a decision we make about a request.
To make a request, contact us at info@readymedicalsolutions.com or (770) 243-2566. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the timeframe your state's law requires. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation. Note that information held as PHI is governed by HIPAA rather than state consumer privacy law, and some records must be retained to meet legal and clinical obligations.
8. Children
This website is intended for parents, caregivers and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this site. Information about a child provided by a parent or guardian in the course of arranging care is handled as described above.
9. Security and Retention
We use administrative, physical and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, and we keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send medical details through website forms.
10. Accessibility and Nondiscrimination
See our Accessibility Statement and Notice of Nondiscrimination and Language Assistance.
